You made it! Hooray!

Most people spend months planning their big day and then, just like that, it's over. With all of our friends and family flung far and wide across the globe, we want to take this opportunity to spend as much time with you all as possible, and to give all of our favorite people the chance to become better acquainted. We've taken the liberty of organising a few optional gatherings for you to get your mingle on, so that come the big day, there won't be a stranger among us!  But in addition to the wedding-related events, you'll also find there's a whole heap of things to see and do in the Mendocino County area. From taking a ride back in time on the Mendocino County Skunk Train, to horseback riding across the ten mile beach, we guarantee you won't be bored. 

**Please note that the activities for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday are still firming up, and in most cases the times/some of the logistical details are a little rough at this point. We'll keep updating as we go, and we'll make sure everyone has been informed of the confirmed details once we have them. Thanks! 

Thursday the 15th

Have a Soak in vichy springs' champagne baths!

Mid-late afternoon (around 1:00PM - 3:00PM we reckon)  

For anyone who is already up North by Thursday, or for those who might be passing through on their way to Mendocino, we will likely have a casual visit to Vichy Springs - a 160-year old historic hot springs resort that's an hour-and-a-half inland from Mendocino. What better way for a weary traveler to wind down. The cost for access to the springs is based on time and can be found here.

8:30PM - 11:00PM (and later, most likely...!)

We'll gather at a nifty little dive bar called Dick's Place, right in the heart of "downtown" Mendocino. The drinks are cheap, we'll have some sweets to share, there may be some jukebox action, and some good old Aussie yarn spinning. And if you don't know what that is, you better come and find out!

Friday the 16th

Wine Tasting and Lawn Games at Pacific Star Winery

12:00PM - 2:30PM

There are no strangers--just friends you haven’t met yet! That's why we've organized a little pre-wedding wine tasting at Pacific Star Winery on Friday afternoon. There’ll be  drinks, nibbles, and funny-sounding lawn games like Cornhole.

Rehearsal & Rehearsal dinner with Wedding Party

4:30PM - 5:30PM (rehearsal) 

6:30PM - 9:30PM (rehearsal dinner)

Members of the wedding party: we'll send you all the necessary info. 

Saturday the 17th  (drumroll please...!)

LOCATION: HOLLY'S Ocean MEADOW

CEREMONY: 4:30PM (PLEASE ARRIVE AT 4:00PM!)

COCKTAILs and hors d'oeuvres: 5:15PM

RECEPTION: 7:00PM

BONFIRE on the beach: 11:30PM

Sunday the 18th

Afternoon Cookout at Holly's Meadow

2:00PM - 6:00PM

"Did I really try and do the splits last night while yelling ‘Shamone’?” Yep. You also tore your pants and it was awesome. That’s why it’s your sworn duty to regale us of tales such as these just in case we missed them while doing the whole, you know, husband and wife thing.
